I wish people were more respectful of the weird situation Fatima's in. Yes she's having an affair, but Aamir's the one in a position of power, and FAR older than her. She also has a very huge history of abuse, was once a child star, and has openly said terrible things happened to her at 3 years old [look it up - it's horrifying] .

Unfortunately you can also see some extremely concerning marks of harm on her hands at the wedding, so you can tell the 'hushed' affair speculation is really hurting her mentally, everyone on the internet is mocking her, and she has 0 fanbase to speak of as most of the fans drifted away or went to Sanya Malhotra.

Aamir's family seems to have openly accepted it so you can't really blame Fatima for breaking up a family or whatever, Aamir always has cheated. This is not new.

People should start questioning why he's subjecting an actress who played his daughter to such scrutiny by the press, and why he's interested in a relationship with her. The power dynamic is insane - Aamir's one of the 3 Khans for heck's sake! She's a small time actress.

There's a way to call Aamir out, and not subject Fatima to this misery. Yes she consented, but why ruin her life over a consentual relationship? She deserves respect as a human being and as an actor. Yeah, Fatima was 23 when she was cast for Dangal, Aamir was 50. The whole thing is so icky. Aamir is a terrible human being.

What do you want them to do? Shun her? She is his partner and should be treated respectfully. I would argue his family not welcoming her would be a sign of only caring about money, but they genuinely care for Fatima. Aamir is the one to scrutinize here.

Icing her out for no fault of her own makes it worse. Many 50+ actors (heck even people in general) are in relationships with people far younger than them, but Fatima should be treated respectfully, and it's nice to see that she has some connection to Aamir's children (who seem far more levelheaded than him).

You would be SHOCKED to see the number of 50+ men who go out and cheat/have relationships with women in their teens-early 30s.

At least she will get some nice bonding out of it that is not tampered by the strange power dynamic. Ira is very caring of her, seems to be a genuine friend her age, and that's good considering that Fatima seems to be going through a mental health crisis.

In an era like this someone like Amir has admirers, that's honestly is concerning but then many of his kind roaming around, abusing their power, being just as awful & getting away. It still doesn't make anything better. What a sorry excuse of a human being.

Aamir did that shaadi ad with Kiara recently, another girl half his age. Does he think he's 30 or does he do all this because Bollywood encourages it?

If it is true then I must say I have lost whatever little respect I had left for Aamir.

I used to be fond of Aamir especially for films like Lagaan, TZP, 3I, RDB and for conducting career on own terms and being able to succeed despite banning awards, media, fighting with co stars and filmmakers and taking panga with politicians. I used to be in awe of how he managed to succeed with that kind of attitude and his taking breaks or being emotionally also volatile as he takes breaks after every setback in family or personal life.

That made him sort of enigma in my eyes. That how did he manage to succeed in a field like acting despite this socially and emotionally unstable attitude and lack of public persona.

But his personal life is a serious mess. How long can one keep calling everything a rumour and ignore issues he had with his dad, brother, wives, affairs, illegitimate kids, refusal to acknowledge Jiah as his half sister or now this affair?

It is clear Aamir is not a fair or faithful person or loyal in any relation. His idealistic or social work type characters and doing shows like Satyamev Jayate, speaking on social issues seem to be facade. He does seem to be a pseudo intellectual pretending to be thinking person's star and hiding own demons behind social causes image. Or crying in front of media to play victim after divorces, to get sympathy from public.

He is almost her dad's age. Fatima is too young. Eyeing her for affair or fling is sheer cheapness.
