It is 100% him, and I suspect he was also behind the sudden resurgence of her link with the Children of god not long ago. The timing (right in the midst of his promotions), the fact that it is clearly written to put him in a good light and promote his « young superstar » image, the very detailed and personal nature of the allegations….no one else but him would benefit from writing something like this. He sees the likes of Vicky and Ranveer like threats. If not him than who else do you think would benefit from tarnishing her reputation (definitely not Salman as they work together so not in his interest). And also interesting to note that she managed to avoid paparazzi and scandals for years when dating Salman but all her very intimate stuff started leaking while dating Mr Gossip queen.
