I liked the sequel but the OG made laugh so much more. Esp. the climax garage scene. Paresh Rawal (yeh bandook kiski hai?🤣) and Om Puri were outstanding in that.

I agree with you there. The sequel was good and a worthwhile watch, but the OG I can watch anytime and laugh like crazy. The sequel not so much.

Is Hera Pheri the Hindi remake of the Tamil film Arangetra Velai? Prabhu was simply brilliant in that. Fantastic comic timing.

Hera Pheri is nothing without Neeraj Vora’s brilliant writing. My expectations for this one are low.
