Mumbai police wrote same charge sheet against Arnab Goswami last year but High court rejected it

Charge sheet are not proof dear they had to prove in court

All this drug talk would make you think it was a more serious substance than marijuana 😆

Maybe that Aryan said what is claimed he said ... it isn't in any way "Aryan Khan Breaks His Silence On Being Arrested"...he still keeps his silence.

Fortunately, he did NOT make a mistake when going to the cruise ship party. His mistake would have been to have drugs on him or in him. The mistake was on other people's side. But that doesn't mean he wouldn't have learned something out of what he had to live.

He did not break his silence....He ws talking to the NCB officials because he was required to.....The unprofessional NCB leaked his talks with them to the media like they have been doing forever...

Please change the title to....NCB leaks AK's talks with them....🤢🤢

It is a shame that an ace organization like NCB does this gain and again and again....🤢🤢

If Aryan actually said he used drugs on Indian soil, NCB had no business letting him go. Because it is against the law in India.

This is a newspaper article where the journo claims an officer related what Aryan said. In other words, a 3rd party account without corroborating evidence.

Same as the time media claimed Aryan said he was going to make Wankhede Uncle proud. 😆

So yeah, from this *intellectual,* the response is a yawn. I've seen this drama before.

Let's look at what they wrote on the official documentation they needed to produce in court. No drugs. No admission to drugs.

If tomorrow I start a thread claiming you stated to BlueIce you took ganja in Los Angeles, will that also be considered gospel truth? Because that's exactly what this is. Another attempt to smear.

Marijuana is legal in many parts of the U.S., esp in California. NCB's jurisdiction ends on Indian borders. And it used to be legal in India before the government passed the NDPS under pressure from the Reagan administration. Even so, parts of plant were exempted to allow for bhang. There are *government-approved* stores in India which sell bhang.

So legal argument that Aryan did something wrong by smoking pot in LA is gone.

The so-called moral argument is also gone or the government should explain why bhang is still legal and blessed by successive administrations.

In March this year, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), had reportedly found that Aryan Khan was not a part of the larger conspiracy. It was reported that the SIT stated that there is "no evidence that Aryan Khan was part of a larger drugs conspiracy or an international drugs trafficking syndicate".

According to the initial report in Hindustan Times, officials said, "Aryan Khan was never in possession of drugs hence there was no need to take his phone and check his chats; the chats do not suggest Khan was part of any international syndicate; the raid was not video-recorded as mandated by the NCB manual, and the drugs recovered from multiple accused arrested in the case shown as single recovery."
