If you bothered to read my first comment you'd know that i never claimed he consumed drugs in India. I specifically said he consumed drugs but in US, outside India. I was countering this absurd claim by sone posters here who said in another thread that Aryan had never consumed drugs before (which also includes outside India). They were painting a picture of doodh ka dhula bacha who's still sucking his thumb. When a poster said that Aryan might have drugs in the case, some people jumped on their throat asking for proof. The case pertaining to India might not stand since he technically did not consume drugs in India (was found in possession of them - which is still largely unclear). So, next time read before you quote me, it might save some of your time.
Nice try.
1. The article you cited happily actually has that contradiction. Whether or not you reposted words from it, you certainly intended to spread the impression he did use drugs in India. or why wouldn't you refrain from posting such an obviously laughable claim or at least add a caveat?
2. No, there is nothing unclear.
NCB admitted in court he was never in possession of any drugs. It would also have been a crime, which they would have been legally obligated to prosecute.
3. If you're arguing legality, NCB has not legal leverage on what any Indian citizen does outside Indian borders.
4. Dhoodh ka dhula baccha? You mean it's immoral to consume marijuana? Would you say the same to the peeps consuming bhang from government-approved stores?
5. Once again, the articles cited are not NCB's official statements. official statements, which they produced in court, said a vastly different story. No drugs on Aryan, no admissions of Indian or foreign consumption, no nothing.
What you have is a 3rd person making claims in a tabloid about an NCB officer claiming Aryan and SRK opened their hearts to them. Yeah, right. After what the agency did to them.
ETA. I don't care if Aryan smoked weed in California. It's legal here. What I'm saying is 1) NCB admitted they have no case. 2) These articles are full of holes.
