They don't look malnourished at all. If people don't want to be fat-shamed, then they need to stop skinny-shaming as well.

😆

When I saw both Sonakshi and Deepika in real life (airport) Sonakshi did not seem big at all. She seemed normal and healthy to me. If I knew her in real life I wouldn't even consider a big or fat girl. Deepika looked seriously thin. She looked like wind would break her. My sister I think disagreed with me though

I stood right beside Deepika and she didn't look the way you described. Although, this was in 2008.

Also, I am not comfortable with the type of language used to describe thin people: stick thin, malnourished, breakable. It's troubling. For anyone reading this, please reconsider your choices.[/bhashan]

Side note: When I met Mariah Carey, she was TINY. I mean, obviously not "tiny" as she's 5'9" and always in high heels, but she was super slim, especially compared with what I was expecting. Goes to show that "normal" sized people can often look "big" when we are seeing so much adulation and worshipping of thin bodies in the media in general.

They should show beauty at every size instead of size zero or excessively thin ladies. It sets the wrong standards. Someone can be thin but still not healthy, an actress can be healthy with any amount of weight

Ash is called chubby but put her next to young 20 year old models. She looks just as petite as them.

Yes, she isn't this level of slim (check pic below), but I don't think such bodies are recommended for women in their 40s

Exactly! I was very thin in school but not healthy because I couldn't even play badminton without feeling dizzy. Now I am "healthy" even though I am not thin anymore because I am stronger and fitter generally.

No skinny shaming please. It's as bad as fat shaming. And no, extra skinny doesn't send any worse message than excess fat.

How in the world are shraddha and tara considered size 0???

They have the perfect portion of fat and muscle.

Besides, everyone has a body shape so it's not fair to criticise anyone for somehting they cannot control.

This picture is 7 years old.

You also chose a pic where she's twisted to the side which is an angle that makes everyone look skinnier.

Here's a more accurate representation.

She tends to look chubbier than she is because she's not fit so her body looks soft and pudgy. And again, this is a 7 year old picture. She has gained more weight since then. She's still a pretty lady so there's no need to defend everything.

10 saal purani trend hai, new nahi hai. In fact the heroines look healthier now. Before they used to starve to death. Now they exercise.
