I can't express how good this movie is. Last time I cried this much I was watching Schindler's list.

I was already high on patriotism because of 15 August, then I saw so many stories of sacrifice in Indian idol and this chose to watch Shershaah. Damn it's world class. Definitely Sid's best performance and even Kiara did good acting.

Sid has completely transformed himself into Captain Batra. He emoted the warmth and courage so well as if he wasn't Sid but Vikram himself.

Hats off to our soldiers who fought and sacrificed themselves.

Haven't watched the movie yet. But happened to watch Mann Bharraya 2.0 and I definitely felt the emotions. I guess it's because these people are real and the story is real. Feeling proud of our armed forces.

Happy for Sid, Kiara and the entire team. They are getting great reviews.

I had to watch it in multiple sittings, still the climax is remaining which I am not able to bring myself to watch. Even the happy moments made me cry just because we knew how fickle and short lived those moments are going to be. :(

I've always adored Captain Vikram Batra. 😢💔

Same here. He was the reason me and so many children(at that time) like me got to learn about our incredible Army and their sacrifices. His name just got imprinted on that young me never to be erased. I was so moved by his martyrdom that I took my little savings at that time and asked my dad to send to the Kargil Funds, my dad of course had to add a lot more to it to make it into a decent sum.

Yeah and Sid has emoted so well. Anyways he can't overact , he can underact for sure and that is utilised very cleverly by the director here
