All of this happened due to incorrect communication on newspaper articles I guess abt launch of drive in facilities. Even I thought first that how could he get the jab on drive in centre available only for senior citizens as per the articles and communication but later went back and tracked bmc's tweets for 45+ registration on 7th and 8th May 2021 and they indeed allowed 45+ age group to use the drive in facility at Andheri Sports Complex.

Tweet by bmc on 7th May evening announcing slot open for 8th May for 45+ age group. Farhan got a slot on the same day:

Yes, there was a seperate line for 45+ where people could come and get their shots but farhan went to get his vaccine at drive through. Nope. The drive in facility at Andheri Sports Complex is allowing 45+ people to take jabs. My neighbours got it from that facility day before yesterday. The same centre was also showing for my parents who aren't senior citizens. The sports complex is an exclusively drive in facility. There is no seperate line for 45+ to stand in a line. They only allow you in the gate if you are in a car/cab/auto.

Like I said above, it was a probably a miscommunication or they changed the rules with more stock in hand. A simple search on the cowin website itself will show you the sports complex is open for 45+ even today irrespective of whether you're a senior citizen or not. So no use blaming Farhan or any other 45+ person using the driving facility when the miscommunication was from the authorities.
