All the sources are right in front of you that includes official handle of bmc and website of cowin that the whole city of Mumbai is relying on to book slots for. The complex is indeed open for 45+ as shown on the site. I can't help if you choose to ignore official websites as 'technicalities' and neither do I need you to show me sources and articles when I myself am from the city that we are talking about and get to know the current ground report from fellow Mumbaikars staying around than articles.

Like I said before, due to the miscommunication, even I judged Farhan for using VIP status until I tracked back to the tweets bmc themselves put out and then I stood corrected. Maybe you just want to hate on Farhan for no reason , well then go ahead. I have no interest to continue this conversation with you any further.

Classic mountain out of molehill

It is very obvious from the screenshot of his booking and the slots open in cowin app, that Farhan followed the due process for getting vaccinated.

Even if he had just done a walk in/drive in without booking it wouldnt be too bad either. There are many Vax centers in my city which are open only for senior citizens but are vaccinating 45+ and even 18+ now as walk in, because they have to compete their daily quota of vaccination. It is usually a 3-4 hour wait, but people who are getting there on time end up getting the jab without any fuss. They do their vaccine spot registration there itself if not booked on cowin (even though it's against govt guidelines to vaccinate 18+ without cowin booking)
