I saw the scene in question and fail to understand why makers do that.

Who gives them the right to make fun of any faith's God?

If a similar scene were done on a minority's faith, I cannot imagine the backlash. But Hindus defending themselves is always done by IT cell. Wah re duniya.

I thought Ministry of I &B was now looking at web series ...guess like many other things Prakash Javdekar cudnt even do this properly

Cons of being majority. You have to degrade ur own religion for being tagged as secular. Little praise or defense and u r a bigot and what not

OH GIVE ME A BREAK. Sorry but you make it sound like a ridiculous conspiracy theory. They are ACTORS. I doubt Saif and Mohd Zeeshan Ayyub have anything in common- or any say in the script. Let alone being part of a joiny conspiracy to "degrade Hindus"

Saif Ali Khan is one of the 3 individuals being targeted the most (and you can verify just by typing his name on twitter to know the extent, this isn't an effin PR move when a random dude is filming himself burning Saif's picture). Saif was not in the scene let alone that entire tract. He's neither the director, producer or writer. But yes Muslim right? So let's target him. Let's target the "string of Muslim actors". Dimple Kapadia, Sunil Grover, Tigmanahu who are all main cast members face nothing.

they are not conspiring to degrade Hindus but use it to rile people up and garner publicity.
