The newcomers who I feel will be ruling Bollywood this decade

1. Tripti Dimri

The girl with talent so immense that one is immediately bowled over by her presence onscreen. An absolute gem.

2. Ishaan Khatter

Anyone who has watched 'A Suitable Boy' will be impressed by this new kid on the block. An effortless performer, he's charming offscreen as well.

3. Alaya F.

Debut performance was suberb, screen presence electric, smartness intact in interviews, passionate about craft. I am sure she will go places.

4. Siddhant Chaturvedi

An absolute powerhouse of talent, just loved his debut performance and the crackling screen presence.

5. Pranutan Bahl

Beautiful and talented, this actress is a chip off the old block.

6. Ananya Pandey

I wouldn't write her off like I would Sara and Jhanvi yet. She just needs the right project to shine.

7. Manushi Chhillar

The dimpled beauty hasn't made her debut yet, but I am confident she is going to make a huge impact.

Newcomers who are absolutely going to flop: Harsh Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Jhanvi Kapoor, Tara Sutaria

Ishaan and Sid lack the x-factor to make it big. But we never know! The girls, all of them so far look uninspiring. They will all be here and there at the most for a decade making way for the new lot.

Harsh Kapoor is not a newcomer though. Mirzya released in 2016.

What about Manushi? She's so beautiful and has something so charming about her. She reminds me of Deepika ( and no, it's not about the dimple). I know we have yet to see her talent but she looks like a princess in a fairy tale.

Tripti and Alaya are extremely talented. I don't know if you've seen Bulbbul but Tripti was pitch-perfect in it. Alaya is the smart nepo product, she's made all the right statements about acknowledging her privilege and was the best part about Jaawani Jaaneman.

Pranutan and Ananya are both cute, but I think they are both super-ambitious going by their interviews.

Not trying to convince you, but I think all these girls might just make it big, at least in this decade.

Tbh the ruling era is gone, I think thats pretty evident. However I can list the ones who can make their mark.

Ishaan should imo branch out to the West. He has the talent and will get more appreciation abroad.

Alaya can definitely be great. I liked her in JJ.

Tripti, Ananya and Pranutan...not really sure. Tripti might find her niche but I can't imagine these three in massy entertainers.

Siddhant seems like a "too good to be true" package, need to see more of him tho.

Manushi seems another pretty face, very generic imo.

Tara is criticized alot here, but she's done the best in what she had. SOTY 2 was terrible and her role was messed up but she was pretty convincing in Mar Jaawan. Seeing her since her childhood I know she has it in her to make it big. But then again, her talent deserves a bigger platform like Hollywood.
