That is very, very much illegal in India so it would ludicrous to let Rhea and co walk free after they have been found to be doing the same...

I am not saying the government should sentence Rhea Chakraborty to 14 years for murder with no trial, as you seem to think 🙃🙃🤦🏽‍♀️

I’m just saying there is no harm in doing a thorough investigation to find out who the wrong doers really are... and if after that thorough investigation it is found that Sushant committed suicide because of long term mental illness and no one else is responsible (which I find unlikely), then we can truly consider the case closed.

Honestly if any ordinary man were to pass away unexpectedly the way Sushant did, his gf claims it’s suicide and family feel it’s murder/abetment to suicide on her part then they would file a police complaint and it would be looked into. If said gf was discovered to be a DRUG DEALER during the investigation then yes, she and any others found involved in the narcotics trade would be jailed!

In India, both this hypothetical gf and Rhea can appear in court to defend themselves (in Rhea’s case with the country’s top lawyer in tow). This is not mob lynching, that is the normal judicial process.

As for the “media trial” part, yes I agree some news channels went over the top chasing her around, etc but that makes their behaviour as individuals wrong, not the CBI’s decision to investigate or arrest Rhea and friends!

And about Hitler and Stalin, the first thing they did is lock up people who criticised them, and we’ve already been through the fact that BJP has many critics in India and they are mostly all free, unless they indulge in other crime.

People like Rana Ayub who practically make a living off criticising the ruling government wouldn’t be free under Hitler, so please stop trying to draw ridiculous comparisons between BJP and Nazis 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Underlined: Do you know anything about the history of CBI or how they have been putty in the hands of political parties in the past? This is why having a BASIC idea of things is so important. The case against her is of abetment to suicide. But when no proof for the same was found, they changed direction to 'drugs'. 🤣🤪

And no, the online justice seekers are not satisfied with the CBI findings as well, they are now trending #CBIbikgayi. So NO MATTER how innocent Rhea is, the mob will never accept it. They just want someone to hold accountable for his death.

Green: LMAO, do you read newspapers or watch the news? Nothing more to say.

And I don’t understand politics? What don’t I understand?

And as for the “fake news” thing, Ill stick to the point here: I will believe the accusations against Rhea and co are fake when they are able to produce substantial evidence to say they are all completely innocent in the SSR case, and the courts accept it.

Ohh, I'm sooo glad you 'choose to take me seriously'.

Bold: The answer to that would be 'nothing'. You don't know anything about the depth of the Fake News problem and what it has led to, you don't know why the BJP IT cell is such a big deal, you have zero idea about the workings of the media-politician nexus. And worst of all, you have no idea about the political dynamics that exist in a country like India.

My suggestion would be to stick to celeb topics and not waste time in a thread like this when you're really inept to discuss the topic at hand. No offense, but you're exposing your blatant ignorance and lack of in-depth knowledge with every post you're making. It's really difficult to argue with someone who has no idea what they're talking about. No offense.

Have you heard of Shivaji's mother Jijabai who raised him? She was a widow. Lakshmibai of Jhansi, Chennamma of Kittur, who fought against British were widows. Rani Ahalyadevi Holkar who rebuilt Kashi Vishwanath Temple was a widow.

Yes there were Sati incidents present. But there were also people who lived and were respected by society. That's with your history teaching.

Heliocentric theory did not appear on earth as "faith". It was the imagination of curious minds like Aristotle. Religions came later. They borrowed the concepts, established them as facts and made Science a prisoner. But Science freed itself from the imposers.

A statement will not become truth because an authority said so. Be it Church or AIIMs. It should be backed by evidences. That's with your Science teaching.

Lastly about your words. So those words are your self acquisitions, is it? That's such a great achievement. So unfortune, I was giving credits to someone else.

LMAO, what even. 🤣 Have you heard of a thing called 'analogy'? Looks like the entire point of my post flew over your head.

Where did Jijabai, Shivaji or the origins of heliocentrism come in this debate? 🤪 You said, "majority opinion is always right", and that's what I countered by giving the above examples. That the majority are not ALWAYS right. You thought I was interested in giving you a lecture on history and science? Someone like you, who struggles to get the friggin' POINT OF ARGUMENT in a debate?

Some people here SERIOUSLY need to get the basics of logic and political ideas right. Anyway, thanks for proving that responding to you is a waste of time. Won't make the same mistake again.

As much as I find her shady and cannot stand her creepy behaviour with tharki buddha Bhatt 🤢🤢, I don't understand why she's in jail, like just for 70 grams of weed? I mean of course they can and should investigate her for hard drug peddling but why does she need to be in jail for that? Golmal hai bhai sab golmal hai

That is a different conspiracy against her.

But still doesn't have to do with anything related to AIIMS report. She was never in jail for murder.

You started off with "majority can be fools" and gave analogies.

First your analogy was flawed. (Sati was not a compulsory thing. Heliocentric was imposed on people, not chosen by majority).

Secondly you are neither Ram Mohan Roy or Socrates . Just mocking at others who are trying to find out the truth will not make you an intellectual. Pseudo will remain as pseudo.
