Just recently , one BJP Mp came on TV to spout BS about Rhea meeting SSR on the day before his death. Another BJP MLA was talking about some Disha’s house party and rape which never happened. They know they are lying. The TV anchors know they are lying. They they are making a fool of themselves. But, they don’t care. They just want to show their stupid faces on primetime tv for cheap publicity.

She has not been charged with MDMA. Her chat from 2015 regarding MDMA could not be established because Gaurav Arya is not a peddler, was questioned by ED not NCB and is not arrested. There was also no buying/selling in that chat.

Actually we do know what the charges are. If you bothered reading the court proceedings from a law journal rather than relying on Arnab, you would know too.

She has been charged with Procurement of Marijuana for SSR. A miniscule amount. That amount has not been recovered but is based on chats. The NCB claims they need her in judicial custody because she can spoil their investigation and alert their next targets. The court found that amusing but doesn't want to be blamed for ruining an investigation.

All the other stuff you added like peddling, Class A drugs are outright lies.

Once again you're making no sense. She bought weed from peddlers. Just like 100's of other people. That makes them a consumer, not a peddler.

Well the economy is the worst its ever been. Unemployment is at an all time high. Millions of people have snuck back into poverty. Kashmir is a human right disaster, no less than a Genocide. We're not even going to get into the lynching, demonetization, the social fabric of the country. Is there any good that has come out of this government unless you're Ambani or Adnani? Correction: no weed was found on her. Those few grams were recovered from other peddlers.
