NCB doing their routine investigation :-))

The NCB officers apart from Sameer Wankhede were courteous to Kshitij and provided him with a comfortable sleeping arrangement. The next morning when his statement recording resumed, Kshitij was categorically informed by Sameer Wankhede in the presence of several other officers that since he was associated with Dharma Productions, they would let him off if he implicated Karan Johar. Kshitij refused to comply with this despite the pressure being mounted on him as he did not know any of these people personally and did not wish to falsely implicate anyone,” Maneshinde said.

Wankhede refuted the allegations against him, and said that “it is a routine practice on the part of the accused to make such allegations”.

I mean anyone gets arrested they get let go if they give up a bigger criminal

The thing is I dont know how much of a get Karan Johar is for police.

Agenda driven. They needed a reason to trap these people and then they found one.

I'm taking this statement with a pinch of salt since it's by an accused but there is no doubt that the NCB conducted this investigation very shoddily and unethically. They went on record to state that the actresses' names surfaced even before they summoned them. Their officials have been consistently leaking private details to the media. What was the point of these actions? Clearly they wanted to fuel the media trial and bring the attention to themselves. It also undermines any real investigation, again indicating that they involved them just for the hype. If they truly wanted to take down the drug syndicate, they would spend more time interrogating the peddlers and suppliers they arrested to go up the chain rather than down to the consumers.

That the NCB ex-director and other previous officials have also been questioning their practices in media interviews over the past week says it all.

I believe him. Why would he accuse a national agency when the investigation is still going on?They are trying to trap some big producers to put the blame on.

Did they find any Drug racket or peddlers? Why Rhea is still in jail? They said she will be released in 2 weeks
