I hate this whole “they improve with time” concept . How many chances are you willing to give and money to be wasted on absolutely pathetic acting?

People like Sanya who started off amazingly isn’t getting work whereas Jhanvi who effing sucked in both first and second tries got to do Gunjan.

No wonder there are people who want to become an actor in BW. You don’t even have to be good at one job you are hired for. In Real world it wouldn’t work at all.

Alia, Sonam, Jhanvi, Kareena, Katrina, Deepika, Hema Malini, Dino, John,Bipasha, Ranbir, Varun, Fardeen, Ananya, Karishma, Arbaaz, Sohail etc .
