No it's not.
Movies are making more money that ever before. It's actually at its highest.

And the nepotism debate on social media won't change anything. The people who say they are going to "boycott" bollywood (which they wont even do) are less than 0,01% of the actual audience.

I atleast never gonna respect any bolly celebs .. social media is helping thesedays to bring out the ugly side of Bollywood .. earlier days it wasn’t there so it was well hidden ....

Why do they only sent hindi movies... there are so many great movies in Tamil, Bengali, Telugu etc.

Bollywood is no where as dirty as hospitality industry in India. Many staff members regardless of gender face sexual harassment at work. Nothing is done if you complain as most of the NGO members, lawyers and government officials do nothing in exchange for free rooms and food for family vacation.

I have seen all the crazy things happen during IPL too. IPL is something all the hotels mentally prepare for months.

All the illegal deals in the country happens in most of the big hotels. There are one night stands done by both male and female for promotion in corporate world. Sexual orientation does not matter. Business deals are settled with escorts from all over the world. Many starlets and actors are involved in this dirt too. I have seen people cheating on their spouses. People are corrupt in this country at every level.

Most of the staff in big hotels do know about everything but have to keep mum due to non disclosure. Then there is insane competition for the richest client. If someone rich and famous likes you as an employee, your colleagues will make your life hell.

This is the reason Bollywood never shocks me. I have seen how low people can get in real life.
