Really smart and ingenious people can also be incredibly naive if they're not street smart. I think SSR said in a few of his interviews that he had been a really sheltered kid before films. I can imagine what a shock it must've been to deal with people who have ulterior motives.

Just for the sake of humanity and existence of empathy and emotional connections, i dont want her to be as vile as i am imagining her right now.

But her being ready with india's top most lawyer not to forget most expensive one, has thrown me offbit. And now she is not even ready to let the case be investigated by unbiased police force from the scratch.

Scarlet, usually when the police calls you in for interrogation- not even necessarily as a suspect but just for your statement- it is customary for most people to have a lawyer on board. All these people- like SLB, Aditya C etc would have also hired lawyers to consult for their statemet- some take them along for the statement recording, some dont. It's common practice.

Rhea would definitely have hired her lawyer ages ago when the police interrogated her for 10 hours apparently last month. Plus she must've known to hire one because romantic partners are always looked into, at some point, in a death such as this.

So having her lawyer doesnt necessarily reflect her guilt. But the rest of the stuff and how the case is shaping up doesnt look too good, with news things emerging every hour. Very confusing.
