Also to clarify Dharma production is not even a public company where people have shares its a privately held company where KJO's and his own family's money is invested.

So claims that KJO doesn't even have a right to conduct his privately held company's affairs is just bizarre.

Answer a simple question, If a dharma movie flops who is going to face losses? Who is losing the money? If the answer is audience then yes they have a right. If the answer is Dharma production & the xyz financer, then solely they have a right to decide how to make a profit not us.

Now don't get on with investment of emotions etc we are here solely talking about money. Money is not ours money its Dhrama production so whether they borrow or do anything its their loss or profit. Its how private enterprises are run. Yes he is accountable to his financiers and audience is not the financer . He has to return the money despite whatever the result so how can we who have not spent a single penny on decide anything. Until unles we decide to reimburse Dharma for their loses we don't have a say.

It is his money. He is responsible for paying back any loans regardless of whether a movie is a hit or flop. He is the guarantee for a financier. Nobody in the audience is going to have to pay back that money. They have no right to harass anyone to conduct business in the way they want.

The only right the audience has is to watch or skip a movie. Just skip Dharma movies. Problem solved.

Kiara Advani is a rich girl who is besties with Isha Ambani. They went to school together. I don't know about BW connections though.

At end of the day he is not using public's money, its his on or financer's who have financed because they trust KJO to give them a profit. Where audience in this entire cycle? Only when it comes actually buying the product or the movie which we have the right not to do. Other than that like you said in your own post audience is not going to lose a penny so how can they decide anything. Dharma or the financers will lose so only they have a right to decide.
