Interesting ... that's amazing how he advertised himself as a self made outsider. 🤔
yup 😎
But I think it's pretty well known that yrf pays their actors really low, therefore I'm not surprised that he wasn't paid that much.

I guess it reasons to say that these big banners are giving them a huge platform... but I still smell some exploitation in the game. I'm aware that we don't live in utopia, but still.
YashRaj at least gives chances to newcomers. What are people even expecting? The entitlement is just crazy. Is YRF supposed to roll out the red carpet for any new actor that wants a movie? Then they have to pay them crores and also let them go do whatever movie outside the production house whenever they want? Are you serious?
People know getting a YRF movie is a big deal and they are happy to sign the contract. If the contract is restrictive, there is nobody forcing you to sign it. You can't have everything that you want all the time. You make compromises to move ahead.
People like Shraddha and Sushant broke their contracts (which would put you on many shit lists in many industries, not just BW!) and still they survived and did well. YRF wasn't out telling people not to give them roles.
Ya'll really need to start being practical about the world especially the business world.
The problem is not treating everyone the same. How come Ranveer can do multiple films with producers even parineeti but sushant and shraddha couldn’t. They all signed 3 deal contracts. Anyways it’s too late arguing about this since sush is dead. Especially in sushant’s case they held his dates for months because of pani that got shelved at the end, he lost 12 films total because of that shelved project.

How do you know what anyone's contract had in it?
YRF is too big a company to do things wrong legally. Whatever they did, they were obviously allowed to do.
When Shraddha and Sushant broke their contracts, they didn't make things hard on them in the industry either. Both continued to do well outside.

Let’s agree to disagree because I think it’s wrong for a project that someone prepared months that blocked other movies to be shelved. But oh well, sadly he is gone in a disturbing way so nothing can be done.

No one is taking the extreme stance you're describing in your post. It's a far cry to even expect a reasonably fair treatment for outsiders at the moment, so let's not even go to the day when YRF rolls out the red carpet with million dollar bills for an outside talent.
40-50 lakhs just stood out to me as a really low amount when there are headlines on alia, etc charging crores and cores for their underaverage performances. So it stood out to me and I said something. I didn't realize it was common practice with newcomers. One would think a person has enough qualifications if a YRF banner has decided to launch their career.
