How is this outsider vs. insider? Nepotism will always be around in some form because family always helps each other. They SHOULD. A farmer should not have to hand his land to the best of his employees. An IT employee will use his connections to get ahead; he would be dumb if he didn't.
Same for Ranveer, Parineeti, and Vicky. None of what they did was wrong.
The problem is with the bullying, mockery, and the collusion to keep talented outsiders out.
Despite all these starkids my favourite actor currently in bollywood is still Rajkummar Rao so people should support the outsiders too.
