She has the whole package to be a successful commercial actress. She's totally nailed the role of Parvati Bai and is being appreciated in every aspect be it acting, sword fighting or emotional scenes. So many people called her a non actor, bland and plain but she's been proving her worth as an actor over her last few releases. She totally deserves all the praise she's getting. 👍🏼

Just returned from watching it...All I have to say is, what a wasted effort!!!! I did say after watching the trailer that its leading cast will pull the movie down and pulled down they did and how! Kriti Sanon’s valiant effort wasn’t enough to keep it afloat because unfortunately the movie was all about its leading men Sadashiv and Abdali played by Arjun and Sanjay respectively who have both let down the movie!

Arjun Kapoor just didn’t even try, there is not much that could be said about his effort as there was absolutely not even an attempt to put any in the first place....And Sanjay was so old that he couldn’t even utter a single dialog without straining to breath and at times he even kept escaping to the Munnabhai land with some of his tapori language like ‘tu’, ‘bhagode’ etc...Wonder what the director was doing without catching such mistakes on the editing table! Sanjay was so old that the director had to keep the so called menacing Abdali watching the war from the sidelines without letting him lift even a finger....

However this movie will go down as its leading lady Kirti Sanon’s valiant effort, like the one the role she played in the movie puts forth....She is the only take home from this lackluster affair!

Ashutosh did everything well except miscasting some of the important roles making you wonder if this is the same guy who made an epic movie like Lagaan!

@kritisanon shines. Her eyes speak, both in grief and happiness. She is strong and draws strength from the pureness of her love for Sadashiv. Even if that means to pick up a sword in the hour of need and discover an accidental warrior in herself.

Pati Patni Aur Woh Set To Be A HIT

Pati Patni Aur Woh is set to emerge a HIT as it hold well on Monday with collections set to cross the 5 crore nett mark. The Monday collections of the film should be in the range of 5.25 crore nett which is a 40% drop from the first day.

The four day figures of the film are around 38.50 crore nett plus and it should cross the 50 crore nett mark for the first week. It will be second Friday which will tell if the film is a HIT as it will have to have a decent second week as the first week will be good but not excellent.

The film also has to negotiate Wednesday well as that has seen films like Bala, Marjaavaan and Commando 3 show big noticebale drops. The film has again down best in Delhi / UP with a better hold than most other markets.

The other release Panipat is a big flop as it will collect around 2.50 crore nett on Monday which will take it to the 20 crore nett mark in four days. The drop is pretty much similar to Pati Patni Aur Woh but the collections are not there. The film was rejected by most parts of India on day one itself and on day four even Maharashtra has done the same as numbers come down to low levels.

The first week collections of the film will be around 26-27 crore nett and there will not be much coming after. The film could struggle to do the weekend of Pati Patni Aur Woh in its lifetime.
