LMAO.. you remember? you have a good memory hotchic .. Akki kya chiz hai when SRK had beaten Tom Cruise and Leonardo Dicaprio too in the global stardom.. 🤪.. Tom Cruise ka bhagya hai that he was compared with the mighty SRK..

The kind of super-stardom SRK possesses goes beyond BO numbers. He still remains one of the most popular movie stars known on a global scale. As someone else mentioned, SRK is literally synonymous with Bollywood to so many people outside of India. He was one of the few stars that got me obsessed with BW(I'm not Indian). I know so many people who don't even speak a lick of Hindi but will still sing his most popular songs word-for-word and recite his most iconic dialogues. That's the kind of impact and reach his films have. A flop phase doesn't erase someone's legacy.

Not to take any credit from AK, he's doing well now and clearly experiencing a career high, deservedly so. He knows the game well and knows how to play the right cards but in terms of stardom, these two can't even be placed in the same bracket.

the greatness of king comes from the fact that he is by far the most popular bollywood person DESPITE not living to his full potential

people jealous of him are not wrong in the point that his choice of movies have not been good...i too agree

but then to me it means that if he is this much popular and that too when he has not done good stories then imagine his greatness

shahrukh in a dangal or bajrangi would have gotten 400 crores for sure

in conclusion he is competing with others when he has definitely not chosen same level scripts
