How did this happen? He wasnt even this powerful when he had SRK in all his films.

Is he really that powerful that he can get Alia casted in any movie he wants? SLB se le ke Megna Gulzar tak? 😕

SLB was a big fish to catch...how did he manage that

Nobody is uber powerful in BW. It is all about liasions, art of the deal and socializing. Everyone gets something when they are doing others a favour. SLB is no outlier or a saint.

Marketing and strategy expert. Also extrovert and has brilliant communication skills. Master of speaking and talking, also good listener. Bonus that Yash C is no more and Adi C is extreme introvert and complete opp. to him. While KJo has FOMO, Adi has FOGO. He is also extremely popular due to his chat show due to huge budgeted sets, amazing hosting skill and mainly the stars. He is also acquaintance to everyone and always observes people in industry, along with having good relations with media and theatre owners, buyers. He has that trustworthy and friendly, easygoing vibes though the chat show face is a facade or one side ppl believe that is him. All these play advantages to KJo.

how did he became such a big producer. this is my doubt as well. he had kuch kuch hota hai and k3g and all of a sudden hes on par with yashraj...whats the truth ? did those two movies made such huge profit ? dharma wasnt big before karan started directing movies...their previous films were disasters and yash johar was struggling as per karans own earlier interviews

KJo is a master manipulator, he has started to project himself as this all Powerful BW producer who can make the career of debutants.

He had those genuine Blockbusters with SRK- Kajol, but in recent past hes produced mostly medium/low budget hits but his PR projected those as superhits. Through his talk show and presence on TV and various other platforms he makes sure to always be in the news. Actually Kangana calling him the Movie Mafia gave his image a big boost, since then hes actually perceived as the Head Honcho of BW. KJo feeds on publicity and hype, even negative publiciy is good publicity for him.

Launching Alu n making it look like he is getting her all the project... N making her no. 1 heroine... Part of this might b true.. Making him maker or breaker of someone's career... All the stars paying him hefty to give their kid launch n make her a star..

I think he hit a jackpot with Bahubali , he made lots of money in it . He produced more and more movies and got good returns and with no solid competition on that front, he became powerful.

All bid production houses have gone or diminished, he flourished.

Smart move as a businessman

He is not that powerful ...he just has lots of people licking his a** since they think he can launch them or one of their relative or may be they them self can get movie in his production house 😆
