🤣 That was by far the most hilarious review of the movie I got to read!
Not fair that there was no such divine intervention and I ended up watching the movie...Yes was an absurd movie, but I kinda liked Bauua...Anushka was actually a little less annoying in this than JHMS and ADHM...She should've done some research before jumping in to play such a complicated character...

I have the feeling that I watched another film than you, Hippo. At least you tell some things that aren't in the movie the way you tell them.

What I get, nevertheless, is, that there had been nothing you could connect to and that you are mighty frustrated...hence the sarcasm, I guess. It's a bit like the Vigil Idiot in description-manner. They, too, had story-mistakes and sarcasm.

Isn't it strange, that even people not being fans of SRK saw this movie in another way than you, Hippo? (maybe just because they even didn't know him well before...)
And isn't it strange, again, that so many think that they would perceive the movie the same way than Hippo? Well, maybe they would - with already a strong (negative) preconception now (whether it is right or wrong, it would not be their own that makes them get an opinion about something they did not experience, in no way even give a chance).

If there is no interest for a movie off the beaten path, so be it. If there is no open mind for how life can be magical also for people with shortcomings (disabled, dwarf, alcoholic, one-eyed and night-blind), so be it. If one digests glaring impossibilities in hundreds of movies (Hindi Cinema or Western movies), but is looking for crumbs here, so be it.

There had been written so much negativity about Zero that people simply believed. Why? Why not pondering about what had been written positively?

I tried watching the movie last night! ... Half an hour into the movie and I was bored to death! ... Stopped watching an hour into it .. don't know if I can go back and finish it!
But SRK and his roadside romeo act is so off putting! ... I literally wanted to go in there and punch the crap outta him! .. What a moron to pick up a movie like this ... these many years in the industry and he f**king has no script sense whatsoever! ...

And whats with his hair .. Omyhotsauce ... He looked like a f**king mawali ...No movie of his has pissed me off to this extent! ... That hair ... It looked like he was carrying a tabela on his hair! ... :Idiot: ... I am sure he has no sense of his look but what about his team? .. how did they approve such a look? .. Oh god his head needs to be banged so hard for him to get back to his sense! ... Urrgh! 🤪

Sometimes one gets the weirdest associations 😊
It's a gorgeous scene in Moulin Rouge...yet in Zero the auditorium is already almost empty as people had run away because of the ape ;-)
