JeM is pak based with support of pak isi,military n govt n china support which is active in j&k valley.they are allies with Taliban n alqueda also . it's leader Masood azhar who done terror attacks in india including this, is given protection there n hailed as freedom fighter. objective /ideology - liberate Kashmir n merge with pak n However, it projects Kashmir as a "gateway" to the entire India, whose Muslims are also deemed to be in need of liberation. After liberating Kashmir, it aims to carry its jihad to other parts of India, with an intent to drive Hindus and other non-Muslims from the Indian subcontinent.
