As for her not giving a laptop, the police did not ask for it , if they really asked with a warrant, she has no choice . The fact is there's no case.

The guy to whom she was harassing for 4-5 years worked with him in 3 movies while all this was going on. Why was she approached for Krish 3 , didn't they find any other actress or a newcomer.

Why did Hrithik and his entire family attend her birthday party if she was harassing him with threats.

Why didn't he go to the police if she was threatening him .

Hrithik then said, she was sending emails to some imposter thinking it's Hrithik and he will produce him...where Is he , why is he not producing him

If she was writing letters harassing him for 3 years , why couldn't he tell her directly, he was working with her, attended her birthday party...

What is the case????

The nu*es she sent apparently to Ranbir and the likes, why aren't they confirming it. The chapter will be proven then and there.

Hrithik and kangna had an affair. She openly said it, he didn't want to acknowledge it and now the whole world knows about it.

Several years down the line, whenever Hrithik name comes up , kangnas name will definitely come too.

The guy is a coward who was sleeping with her but wanted to keep it secret.

No, I had given Kangana a bigger benefit of doubt and I regret that. I thought she had higher chances of speaking the truth due to various biases I had. But now, I don't want to take any sides until I see concrete proof of the same.

Honestly I don't remember facts of the case now to talk about the loopholes in Hrithik's version (not as a matter of convenience, I genuinely don't remember). And I don't want to do the research to brush up my knowledge of this over-blown case.

As far as I'm concerned, nothing really came out of it, and either parties could be guilty. Since there isn't going to be any legal proceedings, I might as well not pay it any more heed.

But yes, I will jump to Kangana's (and Hrithik's) defence if someone tries to paint them as a criminal. Not until they've been proven.

No matter how many times someone claims the police could have made her give up her devices, it still won't be true because the Indian legal code doesn't allow women to be charged with harassment No charges, no warrant but no charges doesn't mean no guilt. If he were guilty she would have wanted the police to investigate instead of stonewalling the police.

Everything that you claimed in your earlier post as evidence she isn't a stalker happened before or during 2013. At no time has Hrithik ever claimed she was inappropriate, until the very last schedule of K3 (which he ignored as drunken mistake then), until 2014 when the real harassment begin. How was he supposed to know what would happen, before it happened?

The AKA performance of Her Story (version 10.34) was a wonder, no doubt. Unfortunately it isn't compatible with earlier or later versions of her story. If she was telling the truth then she's lied before and after. If she's telling anything like the truth why does she lie, and lie, and lie, and lie?

Thank you for admitting your bias. I too initially gave her the benefit of the doubt as I almost always do with women.

If you don't want to pay this case anymore heed as you say then I suppose you'll stop posting. If you do want to, then please have the courage to review the available evidence and confront that you may have been profoundly hoodwinked by a charismatic actress. There is a reason why even some of her most staunch supporters have started supporting Hrithik or at least are now silent when she starts her anti-Hrithik rants. The only reason Kangana is not a proven criminal is because the Indian government hasn't corrected the penal code and she can't be prosecuted. Kangana is an electronic stalker and sexual harasser no matter what the law says just as every man who's raped his wife is still a rapist though not technically a criminal.

Forget giving her a benefit of doubt, I completely believed her when this whole thing first came out almost 2 years ago...But the way she didn't care to stigmatize the Autistic people without even a thought, made me question her ethics and her honesty!
