Ever since "me too" became viral in India..thanks to Tanushree dutta who is now being known as the Flag Bearer of Me Too Wave in India..lots of people started misusing it and worse..many of those who have been very vocal are themselves predators

Kangana is one such predator

someone who harrassed an actor for years..sent lewd content to him daily..to the extent of threatening him if he does not reciprocate..

not only that..sent numerous nudes to various actors ..be it ranbir..ajay etc etc

so my Q is..what makes her any less of a predator

.is her speaking not as ridiculous as Sajid Khan speaking on me too..since he also sent nudes to various actresses..so if he was rightly called out and kicked out based on that..

why are we not doing the same to this predator? kangana is as much a predator as those guys mentioned..and if anything..similar actions should be taken on her too..

me too..is all about right vs wrong

so why is she getting a clean pass on all her harrassment just coz she is a woman

Not guilty until proven - I guess!

But yes its absolutely frustrating to see her roam around making tall statements and hog the limelight...😵

I know it happened and continues to happen but I know of no logical reason why the public keeps giving her a pass. The media does because she's brilliant for business.

I have a few possible theories about BW...1. She probably does have true stories of sexual harassment/sex for roles and other dirty secrets she could tell that happened to her or she knows of and BW would rather play nice with her letting her take her swipes at a few soft targets, rather than risk her really spilling everything about the men who are really in charge, possibly bringing down the men and humiliating a lot of women. 2. She has a powerful protector people are afraid to cross. 3. Everyone has dirty laundry and a need to protect image. No one wants to risk her going full Hrithik on them.

The law really is different for men and women so it's not so easy to complain. I guess Suman could have accused her of physical assault years ago but women can't be accused of sexual assault under IPC. If absolutely everything Hrithik has ever claimed about her is 100% true she is still not legally guilty of sexual harassment under Indian law simply because she is a woman. If the genders of the two were reversed and the male were guilty of what she has done, "he " would be in jail much before now.

If she is telling the truth she could have easily proven it by supplying her phone and laptop and helping the police investigation instead of stonewalling. Unfortunately, because there was technically no crime in Hrithik's detailed and official statement to the police (since a woman can do absolutely positively anything to a man and not be legally charged with sexual harassment) the police had no grounds to compel her to cooperate. A man can be charged with sexual harassment but she has only ever alleged Hrithik is guilty in interviews despite claiming an awful lot like stalking, harassing, hacking her accounts, etc Kangana has never officially lodged a complaint. Kind of interesting...she was so amazingly hurt by him that she can't stop attacking him 4-5 years later, but not so hurt she can't file a police complaint?

There are tons of these kinds of loopholes because men and women are not equal under Indian law. It was no doubt meant to protect women (obviously a good thing) while simultaneously infantilizing them, "little helpless women aren't capable of harassing big strong powerful men, silly " (obviously bad).

Except for the Hrithik issue aren't all the other allegations based on gossip or even blinds? Kind of hard to call someone a predator based on conjecture no? Not saying she's absolutely innocent but not enough has been said against her to dismiss her and advocate for her imprisonment. Sajid has at least two women coming out on record speaking against him. Not the same thing.

Also there were always rumors of Ajay having an affair with her. So even if rumors of her sending him nudes are true wouldn't the fact that he reciprocated nullify the harassment argument? You can't exacatly argue power and control in this case because she never had any power over Ajay Devgan.
