Considered for is NOT THE SAME AS was offered.

SLB can consider a 1000 and settle on one. Aish was just one of the many CONSIDERED.

Aish tried to make it sound as though she rejected the roles She made it clear she didn't want to work with that particular colleague. SLB could've changed the hero if he still wanted her. He could've offered her BM with Ranveer. He didn't.

More to the point, Aish is smart enough to use the right words. She said this on purpose for reasons best known to her.

^I don't know what's been going on with Ash but it's obvious she's has tried to make a public impact with all her interviews lately. Complaining about actors choosing their own cast to bragging about always being first choice to snidely putting down people like Alia for having everything handed to her.

I think she just missed being in the limelight. 😆 She even in the nicest way possible put down her own husband and how she gave up movies so he could do them. It's not much of a sacrifice if you publicly take credit for it.

Is AIshwarya actually giving out interviews that she was the first choice for Padmavati? Wow😆

With BM, I think it was okay before the film released to talk about how she was the first choice, since the project was in the doldrums for so many years. But now it just sounds like one of those sour responses that actors give when other actors make said rejected projects hits.

I vividly remember reading articles about Ash and Salman Khan being cast for Bajirao Mastani. This was post-HDDCS. Even around Devdas, there were talks of the Ash Salman Bajirao Mastani.

Simple solution

(1) Find the Koffee with Karen episode that features SLB and Aish
(2) Click on the link
(3) Turn on the volume
(4) Get a translator if you must
(5) AAAND Listen

The episode is purely about them sorting out their misunderstandings and so many times it was mentioned that SLB really REALLY wanted her as Mastani. He was heart broken that she refused to do it blah blah blah

^ Thing is, if SLB that badly wanted Aish as Mastani, he could've cast her opposite Ranveer. Her only objection seems to have been Salman. SLB doesn't seem to have considered it.

He's right to be annoyed. You can consider multiple people for a role, but you eventually go with one. It definitely wasn't as though everything else remained the same, Aish rejected it, and the role went to DP. Once the ensemble changed, Aish had no place in the cast. She's indulging in some creativity by claiming she was the one to decline it.

It's not as though Aish is a fool not to know this. She's been on a pissing spree lately. Wonder why.

To be mastani or padmavati she needs to look like she used to be during jodha Akbar... she was flawless!!! Now she kinda doesn't suit the role owing to her age which is seeping through her face! Sad reality... but she is ageing graciously!

Who said she's irrelevant? Even at 44 or so, she is, hands down, the most gorgeous of them all.

I'm very curious why she's been behaving out of character, though. This claim is not the only instance.

Ash is quite diplomatic. Even I'm baffled by her recent not so diplomatic statements. One possibility for her changed public behaviour could be that her management or pr asked her to make such bold statements to grab eyeballs. Almost all actors are doing it so why should she be always diplomatic. The other possibility is that she changed her pr or management and she is acting under their instructions. Did she recently chang her management or pr?
