SLB couldhave stopped at refuting Aish's claim of having left SLB's new film f.Was there a need to bring up an earlier interview of hers? Aish had given an interview watched by many..It is humiliating.Why did he do it?

SLB refuted claims by PC's PR too,some days back.

He didnt refute DP's PR-hers was on every media outlet!

Well I think the new heroine has been signed..and he is keen to keep her happy.

We will know "shortly"

EVen I remember Bajirao Mastani with Ash-Salman. Padmavati I hadnt heard about though. Why is he lying?

Bhansali lied here Bcz in kwk he n ash came n they did mention about bajirao thing there as slb was interested in taking salman as bajirao... video proof is also there how can he lie like that...

There's a difference between a casual discussion and a solid offer. What I understand from this is that SLB might have talked about it with Aish, but due to various reasons, he cast others. But Aish is talking about it as though she had the role.

The way Ash said SLB could not find a Bajirao or Khilji for her it made it sounds like that Ash was always the heroine of these movies but SLB could not find a hero for her. Which is not true. After Ash refused to work with Salman he replaced her with Kareena but never dropped Salman. He dropped Salman-Kareena pairing when they signed a movie together before BM went on the floor. If he was so keen to retain Ash he could have casted SRK, Ajay or any other actor but instead he dropped Ash and went for Kareena. I think this the reason why SLB clarified. Also when BM and Padmaavat were made with RS and DP no one else was offered their roles so Ash's claims does not fit this situation as well.

Here is Sanjay live discussing how Aish was the first choice for Mastani and Kareena the second. Magazines do fabricate quotes. I really wonder the authenticity of this.

Maybe because Salman had never refused the film. Aish had. Had it been the other way around SLB might have looked for another Bajaro. Plus he had just done Devdas with Aish.
