I suggest waiting for the episode to run first.

Maybe the Hindu Nationalists were JNU liberals who were trying to frame Right wingers. Priyanka will solve this mystery and expose the nexus between JNU liberals and Pakistanis

One should not speak so soon. Priyanka has brought great name to her country through working in Hollywood.

Sorry but working in Hollywood or rather should I say having a small role in a TV show does not bring India any fame.
There are Sundar Pichai, Satya Nadela and many more Indians to do that

I know that in such shows like Quantico and Designated Survivor and 2 , there were people from their own country who betrayed and turned rogue

for eg, they showed CIA and FBI officers going rogue and doing anti-national activities.

I mean I have seen Indian movies which always show police officers as "evil" in almost every other movie , we also have movies showing politicians being " evil"

I didn't see many posts on that ????

selective bashing ????

Are you effing serious? There's a difference between individuals 'going rogue', and a whole group being bad. They showed the terrorists as Hindu nationalists who are blowing up Manhattan to place blame on Pakistan. That means saying that 'Indians commit terror attacks to blame Pakistan', when that's clearly not the case.

To reply this, I would like to refer to the responses of members in another thread recently where they got offended because Swara Bhasker being an Indian and outsider commented on Pakistan.
Similarly here , Indians might call out on the Indian police for being lazy or whatever but when a show in US or elsewhere tries to show something like that, we would take offence.

Moreover, similar to the responses on the other thread where Swara called Pakistan being ruled by Sharia law and failed state, which is baseless whatsoever, showing that Indian Hindu nationalists are carrying out a terrorist attack and putting the blame on Pakistani nationalists is equally baseless. Show us one example where such thing happened 😕

You clearly didn't watch the episode. It was an individual going rouge. The Indian guy wanted revenge for Pakistanis killing his father so planned an attack at the India-Pakistan submit in NYC. Nowhere did it say all Indians are bad. The FBI had 2 Indians (Priyanka's character Alex and Jagdeep) saving the day too.

It's a fictional show. They've had villains from all different countries, first time it's an Indian villain people freak out.

People have been attacking Priyanka since she went to Bangladesh to help Rohingya refugee children so I'm not surprised they've exaggerated this Quantico situation too. Over the last couple weeks they've been posting pictures of Priyanka with a hijab and saying all kinds of nonsense about her even though the pictures were from Saat Khoon Maaf shoot. They've been posting cartoons about how she went to Rohingya camps so she's pregnant now. Again posting pictures about how she wore a dress with PM Modi. Just a whole lot of BS. When these people go after someone, they go after them. Priyanka just ignores them completely which frustrates them even more.

^^Why use the term 'Indian nationalists' then? It clearly implies a group.

What's the difference between Indian and Indian nationalist? The guy used a fake name so they thought he was Pakistani but turned out to be an Indian trying to get revenge. He was taken down by 2 Indians in the FBI.

Anyways people in India have decided to freak out about this now after a failed boycott of Veere Di Wedding. In a couple days it will be something else. No point taking fictional shows/movies so seriously.

Do you seriously not know what 'Indian nationalist' means in the context of Indian politics? Please go and look up the definition of 'nationalist'.

Get your basics right first, then we can argue.

You said that all Indians were not being implicated. I answered that it was Indians as a group which were being shown as terrorists.
Stay on point please. We all know its a fictional show. The point is the things being shown.

When you use the term 'Indian nationalist', you're implying a group and not individuals. That's why I asked you to look up what Indian nationalists means. You clearly don't know what the term means, which is evident.
