How embarassing for all her Hindu nationalist fans especially the NRI variety who were showing off her 'achievements' a couple of years ago. That in addition to her right winger well wishers in the ruling party and government in India.

Anyway knowing the food chain of celebrities in USA she is at the bottom of the food chain. Probably didnt have much of a choice except to go thru with what the channel, writers and producers wanted unless she was willing to pick up a fight and get sued for millions for refusing.

LOL looks like they have no knowledge of how South Asia works. This only shows poor understanding of history as well as current events.

I really don't give a damn about what is shown in a show that never interested me, however, I do understand why some are mad. Showing the victims as the perpetrators is never a good idea! Didn't Priyanka even once tell them how much people in her own city Mumbai have suffered at the hands of terrorism from the other side?

They have every right to write their show the way they want to, as it comes under creative freedom. But, when you're making a show based on terrorism and geo - politics, I do think facts and research should be taken seriously.

@ bold- wondering why just the Hindu Nationalist fans? Why did u exclude the Muslim Nationalist fans? Is it because u think Priyanka has no Muslim Nationalist fans? or is there no such term as 'Muslim nationalists' in liberals and LWingers vocabulary? 🤔

Ok, i get it that Indian Hindu Nationalists were targeted in that episode but remember that its not just about Hindu nationalists but INDIAN Hindu Nationalists. Country before religion!

So i don't think that Indians who are all too eager to collectively feel ashamed as Hindustan over every other incident / scenario would not feel embarrassed if their country is misrepresented in this case, just because it's in the name of Indian Hindu Nationalists.

I'm sure, if it's embarrassing, it must be equally embarrassing for every Indian Nationalist, be it Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Sikh or Jain etc. that their country is being misrepresented or maligned in such a way, by another Indian...even if its just in a fictional serial.

P.S. - i have seen the first season of quantico and it was s**t. and if I remember correctly, in the first season the offender was an American only...and if Americans themselves were not offended by that then even I'm not really motivated to feel embarrassed over such a petty thing even if someone were to tag me as an Indian Hindu nationalist 😆
