When I watched this film first, I was a kid ..So that time, I was so invested in Sameer-Nandini, couldn't root for Vanraj-Nandini ..But Vanraaj's selfless sacrifice, his behaviour made me feel bad for him..I couldn't root for Vanraj-Nandini before because watching so many movies about true love..I used to think if two people truly love each other, they shouldn't separate and should get back together even if they separate...But slowly I started understanding, true couples, loving couples too separate.. ..And start loving another personLife happens, break ups happen..circumstances happenI can watch films like dhadkan, hddcs and enjoy now...Otherwise I used to hate such films
Salman's attempt at crying at the end almost ruined everything, everything was fine until then
This is just my guessI think in those days, Indian audience, an average Indian moviegoer wouldn't have liked to see a married woman leave her husband esp a loving caring one
