Saif Ali Khan - Cocktail - he just looked so wrong being fought over by the two leggy beauties. Someone like Ranveer was better suited.
Katrina Kaif - Jab Tak Hai Jaan and many others. These people are aware of her shortcomings but they still cast her, and she is unable to deliver what is required in the scene, it's an utter disgrace.
Vaani Kapoor - Befikre - I did quite like her in this, and clearly she worked very hard to prepare for the role (learning French, dancing, body goals etc) but I felt she didn't suit the role. She is a good actress but the role required someone who had a crazy sex appeal. Funnily enough, Katrina would've been perfect.
