After the Title Song begun, I literally felt like I am watching ROCKSTAR.

Also,There is a introduction part in every movie which lasts for around 15-20 minutes in the beginning but for this movie, it looked like the entire first half is an introduction part where the story havent began yet.

The only best part about the movie was its songs. But Kjo didnt have the right place to fit in those songs, so he ruined the mood by keep 2 back-to-back(Cutie-pie and Channa Mereya) which I havent seen happening in any other movie before or after !!

Yeah it was a good concept but the execution was not upto the mark. He messed up the last act by introducing the cancer angle. Have no complaints with the performances, everybody played their part well.
But I don't agree with the point you made about Aishwarya. Her character didn't want serious relationship, she made it clear beforehand that she has no place for love. For Ranbir it was more like a rebound, he never stopped loving Anushka. The casual relationship was what both agree to pursue. But Aish eventually started falling for him, hence broke up with him after knowing he still loved Anushka. She stood by her word that she didn't want to be someone's zaroorat but be a khwahish.

Haven't watch Ek Main Aur Ek Tu but now it's definitely in my watchlist.

KJo should have fleshed out Anushka's and Fawad's relationship better and cut the cancer track completely.

It was a trash movie. Gimme a follow up movie about the Aish-SRK track. A really mature and actual DRAMA. Seriously tho,i remember a friend of mine asking just after the SRK scene that why the hell would any woman go from THAT to THIS. It made no sense how Aish was with Ranbir after being with SRK. Ranbir was more of a pet than equal. But Ran-Anu were equally annoying so maybe it was a match made in heaven. 😆

Match made in heaven. She was shown as a selfish bitch and he as a selfish rondu. For a movie's characters to click they have to be likable in some way. The movie's lead characterization reminded me a lot of KANK where it was tough to sympathize with SRK or Rani's characters. You were simply relieved when it all got over.

They made a mountain out of a molehill in this movie by putting in the cancer track and the unnecessary drama. Ayan's character was the worst part of the film. So bloody annoying. Even Alizeh didn't feel all that likeable. Really pathetic movie
As someone already pointed, Ek mein aur ek tu had the same concept executed very nicely. It was sweet and simple.

I found it boring and the movie had not one memorable character or even actor for that matter.
