Maybe that's why she didn't attend shashi kapoor's funeral too. But yeah, going off to London the next day was insensitive. But just maybe her not attending funerals has this reason. I know personally ppl who cannot handle funerals and they get anxious and have panic attacks. Just saying. Maybe other celebs who didn't turn up had the same reason.

yes coz other people have a gala time at funerals..they enjoy the positive vibe from funerals..do not get disturbed seeing dead bodies or the close ones crying..that is only kareena feeling that way..

Nah, that's not nanny giving paps a good shot of Taimur. He is very big now so it's just a more comfortable way to carry him, it aches the arms go carry in one position only and if he can face the people, he won't fidget as much...
As for Kareena and Saif, it won't of course make any difference to the family or the deceased one, if someone comes or not, but it looks bad FOR THEM THEMSELVES. Sonam, liking it not liking a insta makes no difference, she is an airhead. Saif can say he was shooting but kareena could have easily postponed her Rajasthan visit or come back in time to attend the cremation. She did neither.

And I think they know the Boney Kapoors well enough to matter if they did a personal condolence visit or not.

If someone has not worked in their film, and doesn't know them too well, it's okay to send a text condolence.

But on top of not attending, they did not even take steps to ensure no pap photos of them gallivanting in Rajasthan came out when even people who didn't know Sridevi were showing their empathy and sadness at her passing by standing outside her gates.

No one can impose any do's and donts but it gives off a certain kind of negative image.

I'm sure they will give some excuse or other but Saif us sadly tarnishing slowly his nawab image. There is nothing nawabi in this family. It went with Senior Pataudis passing.

I'm surprised Kareena didn't go. She worked in so many movies produced by Boney and Sridevi... Bewafaa, Khushi, Milenge Milenge. If she wanted she could have returned to Mumbai a day early, she wasn't even working but clearly she doesn't care.

Such a sweet gesture by Sara for Janhvi during her tough times..

As a Kareena fan, I am very disappointed that she didn't attend Sri Devi's funeral. Till the last minute I thought she would show up but alas! The issue here is that she's a self proclaimed fan of Sri Devi. Even in her interview as a child, she said she wanted to be like Sri Devi. During her tribute to Sri Devi at an award show, she called her "My hero" and the reason why she became an actress. They were family friends. Sri Devi attended the mehendi and wedding of Karisma. Kareena worked in two productions of Boney Kapoor, Khushi and Bewafaa. And right now, she's working in Rhea's production, Veere Di Wedding. I feel she should have come back to pay her last respects. Practically the whole industry was there. She will get many more opportunities to spend time with her husband but that was the last time she was going to see her idol. She can take a plane to go to Goa to celebrate the birthday of a bimbo like Amrita Arora but she couldn't cut short her holiday to come back for the funeral 👎🏼

She was a fan ? 😲 Well that changes everything. 🤔 If she truly idolised her how does it not matter that she is no more and that she can never see her again. So many common people who were her fan travelled from so far away just to get a glimpse of her.

Gosh! People are too judgmental over this case man. Y'all gotta let people breathe. Not everyone might have been that close to Sri's family. They might've sent their consolidations through something? How do y'all know? It would've nice if they went but it's okay if they didn't. People are being so dramatic over this incident like the world is over or something. Chill.

Why be sensitive? When Ranveer and Deepika could party while kids were being thrown stones on for their movie Padmavati, Sridevi is not even related to Kareena nor Saif. It doesn't make sense why everyone should mourn as then for every death in the industry, the whole industry should be wearing white outfits and not go out of their house. When it did not happen for Raj Kapoor or Prithvi Raj who were supposed to be the first ones to make BW what it is today, why should it change now?

I heard Kareena say at interviews that she used to look up to Sri, Madz and her own sis Karishma. I agree with u that she's quite insensitive to not attend the funeral. That's the basic human concern and sensitivity she could have shown. But we'll thats Kareena for all of us. A bad person.

Right age for death? I did not know that one has to die at the right age and this should be a reason to mourn or not for that? Comparison is obvious as PrithiviRaj was among the first actors to act in silent movies and both died at 63 and 68 which is not the RIGHT age unless we start having a debate regarding this. Raj collapsed at an event and he was still working.

I'm shocked to even answer such questions about right and wrong age of death 😕
