botox most common side effect is death its also given as a side effect by FDA and us government just last year ,it contains otulinum toxin a which causes paralyisi of muscles and repeated use of these injections ,also many people died from collagen injections anything might happen, in sri devis case it cant be for sure these but combination of other factors which can lead to it
