Though it is very early too say anything but Superstar @ajaydevgn #Raid @RaidTheFilm is showing some very solid trend in early readings & numbers not going drop heavily in days to come. Do't be surprised if film sustains in 04.50-05.00cr range (Day-wise Weekdays).100cr Onn
Raid has held well on Monday with a drop in the range of 40-45% with collections set to come in the 5.50 crore nett range. The Monday collections are pretty good but the film will have work to do post the first week if it is to emerge a HIT film.
The Monday collections are in the same range as Pad Man but that film got a boost on Tuesday and Wednesday with partial holidays. The four day collections of Raid are in the 45 crore nett range and the first week looks like finishing in the 60 crore nett range.
The film needed to drop a little less and get a 6 crore nett plus number on Monday which would have set it on its way to a major success but now it will the wait for the second Friday which will decide the fate of the film. The best hold came in UP as it fell 20-30% in the state which was expected due to huge Sunday growth. Most other places fell in the 40-50% range with some centers in Central India and Gujarat falling under 40%.

Ajay Devgn's Raid might have become the second film in the list of top 5 movies on the basis of the opening weekend collection, but it has earned relatively low as compared to Devgn's Baadshaho that was released six months back. Baadshaho had collected Rs. 43.30 crore in its opening weekend. While Baadshaaho had earned Rs 64.14 crore and had a Rs 78.1 crore lifetime collection, only time will tell that whether Raid manages to surpass it.
