I don't think they hate women. Unfortunately there exists many women who accuse men of sexual assault to extort money or to take revenge of some personal problems. I don't know who is wrong here but since the entire Kapoor family are scumbags, I kind of give benefit of doubt to this woman.

yeah yeah, if your father molested someone. U will want proof n question the intention of the accuser. But, in other cases, u want to hang the man even if the case is bizarre. 👎🏼

I have no idea whether he is guilty or not. Maybe he is and if so there should be appropriate consequences. I absolutely believe the police should treat every alleged victim as if he or she is telling the truth and investigate it fully. I am not so sure the media should just assume the alleged victim is telling the truth and print the accused name - especially if the accused is famous. Many news organizations do not print the names of victims of sexual crimes without their permission because of the stigma attached. I am starting to question whether the same should be done for the accused UNTIL there is some investigation and some degree of believability has been established. Not to protect anyone guilty or shield the rich and famous but to protect anyone who may be falsely accused. These days it is so easy to accuse and the press goes nuts without any questions asked. Then even if proven wrong they can't undo the damage done.

Again to be clear, the police should always assume the alleged victim is truly a victim and investigate accordingly. All I am saying is should the press name the, possibly innocent, accused before the police have even done a preliminary investigation?

Just because the woman filed a case after so long neither can prove her claims wrong or right. Just because Jeetendra is a star, it can't be assumed that every case is an extortion attempt. There are many females who don't complain immediately or may not have the courage to do so but that doesn't mean automatically that the person is lying. So if one takes time to complain, it's assumed that the incident never happened? What if the person is telling the truth?

Does one even know how the police react when a person files a police complaint and what questions she is asked? They don't welcome everyone with open arms. Some officers don't even file the complaint unless they are pressurized. It's not that you go to a post office and send a letter. I am shocked to see that these reasons are given to justify the male and sexual assault is mocked this way.

Don't know whether the woman is telling the truth or not but can't just point fingers at her for such silly reasons of not filing the report in time and because Jeetendra is a rich person and everyone wants to only extort money from him. If this is the case then it's assumed by all that woman who may be genuine also are faking for fame.
