How easily people jump to conclusion without hearing the other side. Even rape cases are invalid in court of law if filed after more than a year of incident as most cases in India turn out to be false.

Even her reasons dont make sense. It cud also be that she needs financial support after her parents died and cooking up a fake case to extort money.

Bcoz 50 years is way too long time. I dont think it can be proven, defended or even valid in the court of law. It is her word against his. Lets see how this goes.

How can such cases be proven? There will be no evidence left. Court cannot go by her word alone. (In that case, many might falsely accuse).

In this situation, how can the victims get justice for all that they gone through?
