Someone asked in the Actress Round-table thread what a non-actor would have done with these real actors, the answer is she would've done exactly what VD and Akshay were doing here in this round-table -- Constantly saying "You did that in that movie/scene that was solid, boss", playing the class clown, and making fun of their directors aka putting blame on the "inept" directors for their bad acting.

Hrithik for Kaabil was the Most challenging role among ALL and was Best Act this year. And yet, Rajeev brings those like Akshay n Varun.

Irrfan n Ayushman have been playing the same roles in every film for years now. Had Irrfan or Nawaz or Rao played a Blind Man, all these Leftist JNU brigade wud hv been written blogs after blogs praising them to the skies. But, bcoz a Complete Star like Hrithik and a Great Looking one at that, they dont want to give him the credit he deserves.

Either Rajeev is working for Kjo or Kangana or both. Or maybe Hrithik refused to attend the show of this Kangana stooge himself.

it was terribly boring...

men dont have any issues to talk...

women's roundtable was much intriguing. they spoke abt a lot of issues..and made sense.

I wish akshay khanna nd Vikrant massey where on the panel would have been a kickass discussion.

Watched it, It was one of the most boring discussions ever. Raj kumar spoke well and it shows how he understands acting and also the whole process of film making. AK and VD were misfits to discuss the questions raised even the examples paled in comparison.

Vd and Akki where like the jocks who didn't bring much and we're just showing off.

Ayush was like the new kid whom everyone is taking notice of yet would Not let him speak.

Raj was the class topper clearly, who wanted to hear from a regular class topper, irfan, yet the clowns won't let him hear and went on with their own monkeying.

Vd was such a misfit for best actors round-table!

He fits better in best entertainers round-table. He can contribute much more there .

Massey or Pankaj Tripathi OUGHT to have been there.

Maybe it's cause unlike directors or actress round table this is like watching 5 friends hang out. Or 3 friends and 2 of their dads 😆 😆

It flowed natural and was entertaining. I love that varun likes that Main Tera Hoon line

Varun stuck out like a sore thumb but he's so endearing.That dialogue bit at the end though 😆 He should've said his one first and got it over with! At least he went after Ayushmann's sperm dialogue and not Irrfans memory one coz boy 😆. Rajkummar looks like he's in complete awe of Irrfan.

Its actually quite dissapointing to have an actor of Akshay's calibre who can actually contribute so much to the discussion ... give insights to his approaches ... because even if he has not done much of Parallel cinema still he has kept re-inventing himself and kept his foothold in industry... and all he did was fooling around and talkinng about this direyor that heroine ...
how irritating ...

Varun really need to relax ... 😆

Loved how Raj kept asking Irfan for inputs ... it looked irfan would doze off any second 😆
