how irritating ...

Varun really need to relax ... šŸ˜†

Loved how Raj kept asking Irfan for inputs ... it looked irfan would doze off any second šŸ˜†

Akshay is the most experienced among the lot. But he normally finds it little difficult to speak fluent, conversational English. Even that's not the main problem. I've never seen him eager, outgoing or able to impart information in a gathering like this. Yes, he can enrich the conversation by sharing important insights, anecdotes from his vast experience. But he is so disinterested in meaningful convos generally and as I said he is not a communicative chap.

I've not yet watched the episode. From the looks of it, it's not a patch on women's RT. I may catch it later when I get some time. Or may be not šŸ˜†.

True. I loved how Raj kept asking Irrfan about his points .. at the 2013 round table where raj and Irrfan were present while talking about narrations/ script reading irrfan had said he gets bored easily. It could be seen here as well.

Like u said I wish Akshay also contributed to the discussion rather than fooling around. But I guess that's just the way he is.

This was fun. Loved it . Also it had no pretence ...way better than the female round table.

Rajkumar hardly spoke. Ayushman was fun listening to.

Irfaan was very reserved with his comments.

I think Varun knew that he was the outsider here, having said that, I wish he wasnt on the table. I did not mind the canadian as much.

What an absolute waste of time. Varun clearly felt out of place and it was obvious. There was too much sucking up as well. Akshay is useless in such roundtables because he doesn't have anything to add nor does he want to. The whole bit about not working for accolades/ legacy sounded like such bull tbh.
Irfan was bored. Rajkumar was interesting and he was in awe of Irfan and kept asking questions. Ayushman was interesting but hardly got a chance to speak.

Irfan is right; what's working now will not work in a few years.

Hrithik was the Best this year. Period. And it is your loss n jealousy if u do not bring him or acknowledge him. It was such a Lost opportunity.

I really wanted to see Hrithik interact with Irrfan. Both are good actors n are very profound in their thoughts. It wud hv been a more meaningful conversation. Both Akshay n Varun turned this entire conversation into a joke.

I was that someone. And yeah it's true. They should call non-actors in pairs(Kat with Shraddha maybe) otherwise it will get really embarrassing for them. I would have especially loved to see Ratna's reaction to such crap from a non actor.

I liked the actresses roundtable and I liked this one too, even though both were so different. That one was very meaningful and insightful and this one was fun and very friendly. I liked the banter and didn't mind the silly anecdotes very much but yes I wanted to hear more of what Irrfan had to say. Surprisingly, I thought Rajkumar's answers were not as interesting as I had imagined, cuz I love his acting but he isn't as impactful in real life. But still I liked him. I wish Akshay had been more sincere although I liked the fun and jokes but would have been better if he would sprinkle some sincerity into it. Ayushman had some interesting things to say but I thought he was a bit conscious and too eager to have his say. About Varun, I think he has a great clarity about what he's doing and not doing and if he would just learn where to not speak, he would do well in such discussions.
