huh. I could have discussed in more detail but You clearly look like a KR lover who is not ready to hear opposing views.

Sorry to say my post was made towards people who could actually see without biased lens.

It was more like a professor who would have flight of ideas in class. The movie somehow reminded me of what happens when someone actually loses plot .
Apurva's script was a serious one n what kangana did to it had to make it light hearted . But then the.movie just failed to impress. At many places kangana was real bad.

sweety u should first check out the topic n then analyse what ur saying...

i have no issues with people regarding their disliking over the movie...infact most of the pages r filled with negative feedback itself..

I only chose to quote ur tweet when u said she ruined the script. that didn't make any sense as how can you really assume that his script got ruined..as far as the credit the story screenplay n dialogues still belong to him n only additional credit has been given to her...

then u called d movie garbage n so..so..so it clearly did not look like a genuine opinion. but let it be, I stop here...because india-forums is definitely not end of the world. n this film shall its appreciation in years to come especially when sandeep kaur shall be out of jail.

The film was a decent watch, yet a bit disappointing because of the screenplay. They had a great first half... but lost momentum in the second half. Also the mixing of genre didn't quite work well. I also agree the bank robberies had to be a bit more dramatic (creative liberty) for it to be credible. A nail biting "Catch Me if You can" style between the cops/loan sharks and her would have made it more engaging.

In the end though, she was a flawed protagonist who was self destructive and therefore, audience couldn't really cheer for her arc, like Rani's in Queen. That in my opinion was the biggest risk of the movie.

Having said that, Kangana ruled supreme and glad she played this character like a pro as it traversed through comic to subtle to dark range. I loved her in all the frames - my favorite especially is the first gas station robbery sequence - the helplessness, the steal and the driving away. Her entire close up in the car was amazing (heart beats, the scare, the thrill, the guilt/victory ... in fleeting microseconds she changed like a chameloen 👏)

Lastly, she has no vanity on screen and isn't afraid to look unkempt on screen. Her disheveled hair, especially in the sequence where she is dragged out of her manager's office and how she walks away from the guards to the car... and then later a close-up of her blowing her bloody nose in sink... how often, if any, have we seen leading actresses do this on screen? 👏

IMO, this is her career best performance given the content and range!

Keep experimenting girl! Keep experimenting! ⭐️

P.S: I loved the songs too.
