Just because these doctors don't hog the limelight doesn't mean nobody cares about them. They are considered as Gods and worshipped by many. I myself have had the pleasure to meet Dr. Devi Shetty and honestly have been so inspired by him.

Dr. Sumer Sethi is an inspiration for many too. Nope, not reading up about him...ive had the pleasure to be mentored by him. And I can tell u about so many other non doctors who think the same.

So keep ur shallow mindedness to urself. And show some respect for the only profession who's gonna be of help to u when u grow old and are desperately holding onto life. That time, it's not these Bollywood actors or their films who are going to come save u.

One should only be a doctor if one is seriously committed to the idea of helping people and saving lives. Have seen many who want to be doctors just for the 'stable' lifestyle and money.

I doubt Manushi is gonna continue with medicine after tasting what the entertainment industry has to offer. That is just something she needs to say to appeal to the junta.

Reita Faria continued with her studies and became a doctor 'cause she was very committed to the profession.

Anyway, I agree with RE and others here. Why do we demean actors? Of course, medicine is a very noble profession, but why demean actors to glorify it?

The majority of society is hypocritical- will go gaga over actors and gyrate to their songs but then turn around and call them 'cheap'. Itna hi cheap hain toh dekhte kyun ho? 🤢
