Which starkids don't have much backing and have to slog on their own?

Let's start with Sanah Kapoor, daughter of actors Pankaj Kapoor and Surpriya Pathak. Half-sister of Shahid Kapoor. (Just like Ishaan Khattar is half-brother of Shahid, but he is getting big Bollywood debut with Dhadak).

Imaad Shah and Vivaan Shah, sons of actors Naseeruddin Shah and Ratna Pathak Shah.

But Anshula is not an actor. I am only talking about those interested in acting, or those who are already pursuing acting.

Well .. even their parents i.e. Pankaj Kapur, Supriya Pathak, Naseerudin Shah, Ratna Pathak Shah, Raj Babbar, Smita Patil have themselves not been big names in commercial cinema. They themselves worked in what they used to call art films at that time with a few good character roles in commercial films. The kids are going the same way because their parents had the same.
Honestly, Ishan Khattar got this KJo film with Jahnvi because of the international debut that he is making with that Iranian filmmaker. KJo just took him because of the fame he is going to get by associating himself with the international film actor and not because Ishan is Shahid's brother.
