It will take decades. And there is just not 1 Shakti Kapoor or 1 Weinstein. There are hundreds of men like this, ready to prey on, in almost every field be it political, corporate & entertainment especially in the latter 2 since women's presence is not as common in politics as the other industries.

Shakti Kapoor was exposed few years ago and at the same time, Subhash Ghai, Yash Johar and Yash Chopra was also exposed when Shakti Kapoor mentioned their names for casting couch, the thing is that most of these men are so powerful that the actresses doesn't have any guts to go against them, there were rumors that Ghai tried to destroy Manisha and Mahima's career when they refused to do favors for him, Salman even slapped him when he was messing around with Ash, he was also rumored to sleep with Madhuri and Meenakshi Seshadri, I don't think actors like Ajay and Akshay are much into casting couch, they just have a fling with the young actresses and then leave them after they are bored with them but it's not like they can harm any actresses if they don't sleep with these guys.

(Those flings & calling actress' to their vanity vans & making them do all sorts of things, ARE their casting couch tactics. LOL. Most of them do it. I think Ajay & Akshay rule all others in this matter)

Maybe or maybe not. Pervs are also sustained by talentless women who know they could never make it on merit alone and would do anything to get that one shot. That only empowers the predators.

I am really more concerned about the paedos because the women had the choice to say no.Corey Feldman mentioned it. Old HW movies starring Shirley Temple are vile.
