I would have preferred had j2 not worked bec i think varun does his worst work with his father... He is a far far better actor than the shitty 90s stuff DD repackages in today's glamour...

I always thought ranveer fans are the worse..but they are actually decent

But no one can deny varun is a bona-fide star who can act... As an actor i would rank him below Ranbir but he definitely has much more audience connect than ranbir and at this point very bankable...

As for the regressive dialogues, every hindi film has that and much more with far tacky item numbers... I wish actors took care but this problem is not specific to varun

Although I wouldn't say I wanted it to fail or do less business but I definitely want him to avoid his family stuff.
But I have to give him credit there as well.. he even makes those super ghisa-peeta scene some how entertaining.Experienced that in MTH and Dhishoom.
