A beefy actor is well on his way to being confirmed for the leading role in a hip film, made by an avant-garde director duo. But the filmmakers, who are known for their wild action sequences, want the hero to be bare-chested for some sequences. The actor has been asked to shed 20 kilos, which is no easy task. Of course the actor has agreed. But the filmmakers are now holding his contract and signing amount until the star has shed his weight. Last we heard he called his sultry girlfriend and wanted to hit the gym with her.
