I think SRK fans should simply accept the movie was bad. If you remember I had said this at the outset that I have no interest whatsoever in this film and I have been his fan from childhood. This is the first movie in years where I didnt even watch the trailer. There were lots of SRK fans like me who were least interested in this movie and many criticized the movie after watching it. Even if all this is true at best the movie would have underperformed.

Hits and flops are a part of life. SRK had his time when some real bad movies of his clicked in the past thus making him over confident. While when Akshay changed tracks from crap movies like SIK to better movies like Baby he initially didnt see much of success. But he stuck to his convictions and reaping the benefits today. If anything SRK should take the message from this film and identify what he can do at this point which will suit his age and stature and move towards that direction. He is intelligent enough to do it and shown the way many times in the past.

Akki's crap movie Houseful 3 was a hit, so that means it was a Gem of a movie? 😆

Hit or flop doesnt decide if a movie is good or bad

Then Swades would not have flopped which is now included in all Greatest of BW lists

And I am not sure why you are bringing in Raees here when people are speaking about JHMS being a bad film. Did this BJP guy ask SRK to make a bad film?

SRK is targeted and thats why I said a film can underperform at worst.

Akki's whole career is littered with defeats at the hands of SRK and many others including much more junior stars. I doubt he sits and cries over it.

If Akki's crap HF3 was a hit so was SRK's crap Ra1, HNY, JTHJ. None of them are gems. Its best to accept gracefully that SRK had his time, Akki is having a good time now. These things occur in cycles so if SRK smartens up he can go back to having a good time at the BO.

Lets not forget SRK's position at the top has outlived many governments. But if SRK closes his eyes and refuses to see the actual problem then he will end up like Rajesh Khanna...never able to return to his glory days.

If Akki is having such a golden run, why did he need Reshma? Because shes the one who could do this ...😉

Akki's crap HF 3 was a hit last year when supposedly already content films had started ruling, while the srk movies u mentioned are all at least 3-4 yrs ago when masala movies were still ruling

Akki is having a good run mainly because of his political connections...its not that hes turned into a genius actor all of a sudden

The movie was not as disgustingly bad as some people made it out to be.

Akki hired Shetty precisely for this purpose...now nobody can stop him from bringing down all the Khans plus he has Govt backing
