What if the moon affected the 70% water we are made of too? Isn't it possible. Why, we don't even know where we come from, where we go, are we all trapped in this endless cycle of rebirths or is there a way out. Or for those who deny reincarnation (though past life regression ought to have settled that) why are we here? Is it by accident that the primordial soup was created and DNA/RNA emerged and at the end of it we have the most fascinating thing that is our human body. Is it by accident that the human brain was created and consciousness was created and we began to wonder why we are here and what next?

Why, we don't have any answers yet we feel inclined to ridicule age old civilizations.

Let's see what lies on the other side of the eclipse for America.

Ah so true! My thoughts exactly and you put it so eloquently. Personally, I don't believe, or have faith in God or pray. Hence I don't think it's right on my part to judge any religion or astrological beliefs no matter how baffling they seem to me. Sure there could be many scientific explanations to debunk certain myths yet it is important to respect what other people believe in.
The only thing I feel is that there must be some external force guiding us and our awareness. I don't know in which form though or how to perceive it. I just hope it's not an alien which looks like a giant cotton candy cus that would be super disappointing. 😆

And if Bachchans have their belief and decided to act on it by marrying Ash to a tree, weren't they trying to safeguard their future and aren't they within rights to do so? Who would not prefer to marry a tree and prevent misfortune than risk it?

And yes, it is as offensive to say Hindus worship a stone as to say an atheist is a sinner just because he she doesn't believe in a Higher Power.

Hindus do NOT bow down to any random pebble or stone on the road and worship...

Exactly and then there r loads of faiths that don't believe in punarjanam that have been time and again scientifically proven. So when u disbelieve something science has clearly proven in the name of religion why is it ridiculed if others believe in something harmless like this which till date has not been disproved or proven through scientific data?

we do pooja path...we say Bhagwan paas kara doh...sau rupees ka prasad chadhaoonga...what is all this...superstition...we allo are superstitious ...we just give it the name of faith...if AB Sr did it in the name of his faith...nothing wrong...absolutely nothing wrong for a father to be scared enough for his child ...just like as...any woman who does karwachauth for the life of her husband...tell her behen ji ...u r a moorkh superstitious woman...vrat rakhne se kabhi pati ki lambi umar hoti hai...salad walad khilao..exercise karao...vrat mat karo...and then tell me the number of gaaliyan u got.,😉

Just bscauze certain things are beyond ones understanding doesn't maks it superstitious.
This will give you an insight on how science and religion go hand in hand.

Mangliks are not misfortune as Mars is a planet of high energy and the people born manglik are believed to be lucky fod their families and bring prosperity. The thing is their energy levels are so high that a non manglik person cannot survive the magnitude of energy which results in clashes between spouses and in laws.

the whole idea of faith has been perverted today courtesy of some self proclaimed god men and women in every religion.
We no longer devote ourselves to the "mystic law" of the universe with dignity as we are forever surrounded by "maya" i.e. Aspirations which are never satisfied.
Everything we do or say makes a fabric pattern in the universe and creates karmic ties. Even science says that energy is indestructible and every word said by a human or animal is still floating in the corner of our universe in the form of waves.
Every action has an equal and opposite reaction is scientists way of saying karma.

Yes Hinduism was always mocked for believing that the universe was never born but it existed throughout. Vedas said that whatever we sew around us has come from the egg called brahmand (which is called singularity /black hole in scientific terms). The west propagated the big bang and ridiculed the notion of singularity as the origin of earth and the rest of the universe. But, new theory they have accpted that the maths of quantum mechanics and general relativity will not give the maths required for big bang. And, they are now revisiting the idea of universe existing since forever.

Quantum physics: if two Particles are together then they form some covulated relation between them . Now if u take one of the two particle far far away, still it affects the behavior of second particle .. They remain related to each other by sowm Unknown force or relations.. This is well accepted in quantum mechanics

Big Bang theory: entire universe was together and it has expanded since the birth of universe.
Big Bang is also well accepted in scientific community

Now if u see, at some point all particle were together so they formed some convulated relations between themselves and then they went away from each other( expanding universe, stars formations).. So isn't it possible that distant stars are affecting someone here on some way..

I don't know if it's true or false. I am not propagating idea of stars affecting your life but I can not deny also..if someone can believe in Quantum mechanics, string theory or M-theory then believing in astrology is nothing absurd.. Theories of multidimensional parallel universes seem more absurd to me than astrology.. And still it doesn't mean those theories are not true , it's just these things are not really intuitive
