Not saying she is the best actress in this list but Priyanka has done the most diverse roles out there. Heck in 7 Khoon Maaf, she attempted so many different shades in one role, incredibly done, you can tell she actually puts in effort to bring out the different nuances.

From what I have watched PC's Roma is very different from Sonia Roy of Aitraaz and Jhilmil & Meghna Mathur, Kashi Bai were entirely different. I can go on and on.

Deepika played similar characters initially but from past few years her roles are very different - Pinky, Piku, Mastani, Meenalochini, Veronica, Naina and so on.

Kangana as Shonali is absolutely different from Datto, Tanu, Neha and Rani. She has been very versatile.

Vidya I don't even need to give names as she has been the most versatile with her roles and performances.

Alia can't say much since from what I watched 2 states and Udta Punjab were totally opposite.

Same with Katrina and Kareena.

Anushka, Jackie and a few others are among the few who do the same thing over and over again.
